Overall excellent i buy everything i can for my 3 dogs and 1 cat from healthy pets. The shipping cost was very reasonable and i received it quickly. Our dog had an injury to one of her legs and had to have an operation. Healthy pets has collected 15 reviews with an average score of 3 73.

I have not heard from them nor have i received the other half of my order. Customer service are friendly and helpful and i had no issues when i needed to to put my cat in for an expensive scan. Healthy pets were great and paid with no problem. No need to go into treatment details this review is just to say don t expect a fast payment our cat was treated at the vets 13th january and we paid a few hundred pounds to the vet as requested the vet sent off the completed forms immediately we received confirmation of receipt from healthy pets and told 10 days for assessment and payment 12th february today i called to chase our payment to be told they have been busy and assessment had not even been done. Healthy pets paid out no problems minus the excess which was nothing compared to what it would have cost without the insurance in place. I had a few queries regarding the policies for my cats and had a response to my late night email the very next morning.
